No Place Like Home Health uses a state of the art, web based software system to manage our clients and caregivers. Clients and authorized family member(s) have 24/7 electronic access to care plans, caregiver notes, and more through our system. Our system will also manage caregiver scheduling, monitor arrival and departure times, as well as ensure that all tasks from the care plan are completed.
No Place Like Home Health is automatically alerted if a care giver does not arrive on time for a shift. All tasks, finished or unfinished are also reported to the home office. Family members can add tasks or visits for their family member right through our portal at any time. Our portal also accepts payments for services.
