It is all about ensuring that our clients, family members, have the right person at the right time for their care. No Place Like Home Health ensures that all of our clients are placed with the right person for their care by constantly reviewing care plans. With our open communication and Family Room experience, all of those involved ensure we are providing the best possible care at all times.
No Place Like Home Health carefully selects each and every potential caregiver through the hiring process to ensure we hire only the best. Once employed each caregiver must complete a two-day New Employee Orientation. Competencies are a must and each must pass all sections before they are ever paired with a client. Throughout the year each employee must complete additional one on one and group caregiver training.
Additional information on each and every caregiver:
- Background criminal history and reference checked
- All caregivers are insured and bonded
- E-Verified for Right to Work
- CPR Certified
- Negative TB Test on file
- State specific in-services
